Delivery & collection

Standard UK delivery is free. Optional faster delivery carries an additional fee, shown before payment and charged per parcel (one parcel per item). The faster-delivery fee depends on the size assigned to the item: Small, Medium, Large or Specialist. Collection is free and must be arranged after receiving a ready-for-collection notice. Do not travel until the collection location and appointment are confirmed.

Returns

For most online purchases you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Refunds include the standard outward delivery charge. Return costs and instructions must be disclosed before purchase. Faulty or misdescribed goods carry separate statutory rights; these are not limited by the cancellation period. Deductions may apply for handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Privacy

The planned shop uses contact details, delivery information, order history and payment references to fulfil orders and handle enquiries. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by OTB. Authorised staff may access customer details needed to prepare orders. The final notice must identify the business controller, contact route, lawful bases, retention periods, service providers and international transfers, and explain access, correction, erasure and complaint rights.
